Who we are

AuraScore ("we", "us") provides a wellbeing companion for you and your pets at theaurascore.com and myaurascore.com. For questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@myaurascore.com.

What we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, handle, optional avatar.
  • Wellbeing data: your aura score, ratings, todos, pets, ornaments, posts.
  • Location: only when you actively share it on the map (city-level).
  • Payment metadata: subscription status and Stripe customer ID. We never see your card details.
  • Usage: if you've consented to analytics, anonymous visitor ID, page paths, and browser type.

Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract — to provide your account, dashboard, and Pro features.
  • Consent — analytics cookies, marketing emails, location sharing.
  • Legitimate interest — securing the service, preventing fraud, fixing bugs.
  • Legal obligation — tax records on payments.

How we use it

To run AuraScore: power your dashboard, sync your devices, send notifications you opt into, and improve the product. We never sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising.

Processors & sub-processors

  • Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, file storage (EU region available).
  • Stripe — subscriptions and Aura Points payments.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — generates the daily blog content (no personal data sent).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — location lookup when you use the map.
  • api.country.is — country-only geo lookup to know if you need a cookie banner.

Retention

Account data lives until you delete your account. Anonymous analytics roll up after 12 months. Backups are retained 30 days.

International transfers

Some processors operate in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/UK/EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object. To exercise any of these, email hello@myaurascore.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
